I setting up a trade with a russian guy (Helvete.ru), do you guys know him, or have any feedback about russian traders in general?

I ALWAYS make Russians, Phillipinos, and South Americans send first. I suggest you imply that theory.

well no, the former USSR technically split into many different countries, which I personally also get to send first. Belarus/Ukraine/Lithuania blahblahblah
