I thought it'd be one of those people with those facial skull tumors before I clicked on the topic, I've seen documentaries on those. I don't even own a TV, but I watch medical documentaries at other people's houses sometimes. What I love about them is they pretend to be all caring about the subjects and shit, but you know the only time people watch watch that shit, it's out of morbid curiosity and most people are in denial of that fact. There was one about a little girl who was in some Arab country I think, wearing one of those big robe things and caught it on fire with a candle and ended up looking a lot like the pic above but with a large amount of plastic surgery they made her fairly-acceptable-looking, but in the beginning her chin was fused to her chest like that and she couldn't open her mouth.
